bootstrap not working?

Hi guys,

I've just tried to build maven from SVN trunk (ant -f build-bootstrap.xml)
and it's failing on a dependency:

BUILD FAILED
C:\dev\maven\maven-1\core\build-bootstrap.xml:109: java.lang.Exception:
Failed to download http://www.ibiblio.org/maven/maven/jars
/maven-model-3.0.0-SNAPSHOT.jar

Any idea?
