Monitor page access + CPU utilization

I'm using Apache 2.0.39 w/SSL on Win2K server.

I appear to have some pages that, when accessed, cause Apache to hit 99% CPU
utilization.

I know how to monitor pages that people access (server-status, for example).
And I know how to monitor CPU utilization (task manager).

Besides trying to get a quick refresh of server-status, is there a way for
me to correlate Apache's CPU utilization with the pages people visit?
