Currently if two rules are triggered we only show one rule for the anomaly.
This PR fixes the bug:
1. Merge properties when merging anomalies from different rules.
2. Special handling for "PROP_DETECTOR_COMPONENT_NAME" which tracks which rule triggers the anomaly. Combine the values from child and parent.
3. Fixed UI to handle multiple rules.
Another small bug fix in this PR is to set the "child" flag to true when merge anomaly to its parent.
