Resolution: Fixed
New security release which contains a fix for this issue is now out (http://mail-archives.apache.org/mod_mbox/libcloud-announce/201312.mbox/%3CCAJMHEmJSMN071Xfv8ikLepH_KY-Mkm48e2Qe02FqqFtQaCtfsA%40mail.gmail.com%3E), so I'm marking it as resolved.
