June Board Report

It's snuck up on me as usual, but it's time to start thinking about the 
June report to the board.

I've made a start on the Wiki at:
    http://wiki.apache.org/jakarta/JakartaBoardReport-June2005


Currently the following projects will need to have notes on their current 
status:

Commons Configuration
Commons Daemon
Commons HttpClient
Commons Net
Commons VFS
HiveMind
Tapestry
Tomcat


I don't know if Tomcat want to be on this report, so Remy/Yoav etc, feel 
free to just delete the Tomcat line if Tomcat will be sending a report to 
the board at some point to cover this period and releases.
