Please see attached ip clearance XML form, filled with all relevant details. Once another committer has reviewed it I'll continue with the next steps which are:
1. Commit to ASF SVN (requires Incubator karma):
{code:java}
svn co https://svn.apache.org/repos/asf/incubator/public/trunk/content/ip-clearance/
cp /path/to/solr-orbit-ip-clearance.xml ip-clearance/solr-orbit.xml
# also add a row to ip-clearance/index.xml
svn commit -m "Add Solr Orbit IP clearance form" {code}
2. Post to mailing list:
{code:java}
To: general@incubator.apache.org
Subject: [IP CLEARANCE] Solr Orbit
...with a link to the SVN file and a 72-hour lazy consensus request. {code}
3. After 72h, post [RESULT] to close the thread.
