facing prob in samples testing

hay all 

i'm planning 2 use soap under my p2p messaging
application and trying to test its samples but facing
following problems 

1) by using encoding style XMI i face  

java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError:
com/ibm/xml/parser/MIME2Java
        at com.ibm.xmi.framework.XMIFile.write
where i'll find class/jar resolving this ClassDef.



2) by using encoding style SOAP i manage to meet 

org.xml.sax.SAXParseException: The markup in the
document preceding the root element must be
well-formed.
        at
org.apache.xerces.framework.XMLParser.reportError


i face similar sort of exception
(SAXParseException)while trying to deploy a service by
command line service manager i.e.
ServiceManagerClient. 

looking forward for assistance in this regard from u
ppl. effort to solve the problem will be highly
appreciated.
