   If the consumption of a message fails and you want this message to be consumed again, then you can enable the automatic redelivery of this message by sending a [negative acknowledgement](https://pulsar.apache.org/docs/en/concepts-messaging/#negative-acknowledgement) to the broker or enabling the [acknowledgement timeout](https://pulsar.apache.org/docs/en/concepts-messaging/#acknowledgement-timeout) for unacknowledged messages.
   
   如果有一条消息出现消费失败，想再次消费这条消息时，可以向broker发送negative acknowledgement取消确认或对未确认的消息启用acknowledgement timeout确认超时来启用此消息的自动重新传递。
   
   这句话中，，为什么要启用acknowledgement timeout确认超时呢，消费失败不是游标不变嘛，，下次重新从此游标继续消费就行了，
