[ANN] semantic_forms 2.3

We are happy to announce the 2.3 release of semantic_forms
https://github.com/jmvanel/semantic_forms/releases/tag/2.3

This release includes mainly FIX for Lucene search with Jena, and LeafLet
OSM maps from any SPARQL query; complete change list is in above URL.

*semantic_forms* is kind of a swiss knife for LOD, including Jena 3.6.0 and
implementing SPARQL end point like Fuseki.

Features that exist in semantic_forms and not in Wikidata

   - ability to import any RDF document
   - ability to create a new resource of any RDF class defined by its
   dereferenceable URL
   - annotating web pages as foaf:Document
   - button (+) to create an instance of the current class
   - "reverse links" button
