Add support for redirecting feature configs to file
This is what I was asking about adding here:

By being able to redirect configurations defined in feature files to file (rather than direct to configuration admin) makes these configurations much easier to manage. I have tested it myself and everything appears to work as expected. The default behaviour will be to work as before (i.e. the feature configs go direct to config admin).
You can merge this pull request into a Git repository by running:
$ git pull https://github.com/garethcollins/karaf feature-config-updates
Alternatively you can review and apply these changes as the patch at:
https://github.com/apache/karaf/pull/43.patch
To close this pull request, make a commit to your master/trunk branch
with (at least) the following in the commit message:
