Failure while attempting to start Drillbit in embedded mode

Hello, I'm learning this for the first time, following this tutorial,
trying to install Drill in Enbedded Mode on Windows.

Have paid very close attention to every detail, and keep getting the
following when attempting to Start Drill on Windows

Error: Failure in starting embedded Drillbit: UNSUPPORTED_OPERATION ERROR:
Failure while attempting to load instance of the class of type
org.apache.drill.exec.store.StoragePluginRegistry requested at path
drill.exec.storage.registry.

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated!
