There are is a requirement after ZEPPELIN-1973 (read npm published Helium package from https://s3.amazonaws.com/helium-package/helium.js).

From now, user need to add {{"icon"}} field to {{package.json}} when 
https://zeppelin.apache.org/docs/0.7.0-SNAPSHOT/development/writingzeppelinvisualization.html#1-create-a-npm-package

If not, the question mark icon will be shown :)
