NIFI-9535 Upgraded Spring Framework to 5.3.14

- Centralized Spring Framework and Spring Security versions using BOM dependencies
- Upgraded Spring Security from 5.5.2 to 5.6.1
- Upgraded Spring Boot from 2.5.5 to 2.5.8 in Registry
- Upgraded Spring Integration from 5.5.2 to 5.5.7
