shiro & aspectj

Hi,

I have been trying to get a simple example with shiro and aspectj up and running...
for some reason the annotations are not showing any effect...
The shiro-aspectj example works fine.
What could be a reason for not interpreting the annotations and how to debug such an issue?

thanx for some hints...

Cheers
Bjørn
