WIKI Documentation and README

Hi Folks,
Just a quick note to say that the Wiki documentation, README and generally
the codebase is looking less confused and much more approachable.
Want to say thanks to all folks who have contributed documentation and also
helped add documentation more recently it is a huge help for new comers to
OCW.
