   @milleruntime and @dlmarion - While looking at the docs for this I noticed that we appear to have two duplicate utilities:
   
   [CleanZookeeper.java](https://github.com/apache/accumulo/blob/1224e94e2651de3331aee542f59b4089c1b223b1/server/base/src/main/java/org/apache/accumulo/server/util/CleanZookeeper.java) and [DeleteZooInstance.java](https://github.com/apache/accumulo/blob/1224e94e2651de3331aee542f59b4089c1b223b1/server/base/src/main/java/org/apache/accumulo/server/util/DeleteZooInstance.java)
   
   The current [documentation](https://accumulo.apache.org/docs/2.x/troubleshooting/tools) references the `CleanZookeeper` utility but the utility I updated in https://github.com/apache/accumulo/pull/2815 was `DeleteZooInstance`
   
   I figure one of them should get removed, any preference which one?
