The error in the image occurred when I used postman to add the webhook interface to eventmesh.

Add a WebHook interface to EventMesh according to the WebHook documentation.

This issue is caused by reusing the resource in ```finally``` part of ```try-with-resource``` pattern.
```fos``` has been closed before run into finally.
I am willing to submit a PR to fix it.

@horoc There's another bug here, which is the NoSuchFileException, which seems to be the file path separator.
