I'm closing this bug as WONTFIX, but only because I'm a heartless
stickler for using the right Bugzilla state.

Really, what I want to see is a release of a standalone SpamAssassin 3.x
plugin and you don't need us to do that.  The plugin code was
designed for exactly this sort of application and people have already
implemented somewhat similar plugins for MX testing.  See the SA Wiki
at:

  http://wiki.apache.org/spamassassin/CustomPlugins

When you have such a plugin, we can look at efficacy and we might want
to ask you for your permission to include it in SpamAssassin.
