    chore: remove the unloadable Hibernate Integrator service file
    
    META-INF/org.hibernate.integrator.spi.Integrator sits outside META-INF/services
    so ServiceLoader never read it, and it names EventListenerIntegrator, which has
    no no-arg constructor and is already applied in code by
    HibernateMappingContextConfiguration. Moving it under services would fail at
    bootstrap, so delete it.
