Test fix has been implemented by fixing lib/Mail/SpamAssassin/Conf.pm to make
the default value 1 instead of 0: r1839514
t/cross_user_config_leak.t now passes.

and ADSP is depricated, should spamassassin disable ADSP testing then ?
imho wait to DMARC is tested in sa will be fair imho
