[users@httpd] Getting Win2k/IIS '.pfx' files into apache/mod_ssl

Quick Question...

Does anybody know if there`s a way to get an RSA private SSL key out of a
Win2k/IIS box? I`ve got an original copy of the cert but can`t get at the d@mn
key...

Does anyone know if mod_ssl/openssl has any way to get this out of a ".pfx"
file?
