CForms encoding problem

Hi!

I'm using CForms on a UTF-8 page. Everything is fine, but when I enter
some non ASCII characters into the text fields, they are coming back as
ISO-8859-1 (two characters instead of one). What's going wrong?

Input:  München
Output: MÃ¼nchen
