release management: downloads page

Hi there,

I just did some cleanup to the downloads and index pages of the site:

1) Anchors for Oak and Jackrabbit releases are now consistent again 
(oakx.y for Oak and vx.y for Jackrabbit)

2) Added links for unstable releases to the top

3) Sorted download infos by date (newest on top)
