URISupport.cpp does not support absolute URIs - it always resolves them as if they were relative.  Thus the stylesheet:

test1.xsl
<xsl:include href="http://localhost/test2.xsl">

will fail as it references something like http://localhost//localhost/test2.xsl.

I've attached a patch to correct this behaviour.
