JCR explorer requirements (was: Welcome Janandith...)

I have started a wiki page at
http://cwiki.apache.org/confluence/display/SLING/Sling-based+JCR+explorer
with (very rough for now) requirements, feel free to refine as needed.

Note that there are some experiments using Dojo as the client-side
library (hmm...IIRC we need to answer Peter about that), using Dojo
might make it easier to get synergies.
