Kanak Biscuitwala resolved HELIX-353.

    Resolution: Fixed

This was fixed as part of this change: https://reviews.apache.org/r/19752/

The big thing is that there does not need to be a dependent resource, and consequently tasks can now be specified individually.

Tasks were renamed to Jobs, Task Partitions were renamed to Tasks. Workflows have jobs have tasks.
