Steps to reproduce:
 # download a release source tarball, eg. [https://dist.apache.org/repos/dist/dev/nifi/nifi-minifi-cpp/0.10.0/nifi-minifi-cpp-0.10.0-source.tar.gz]
 # unpack it
 # {{cd}} into the unpacked directory, and run {{mkdir build && cd build && cmake .. && make linter}}

Expected result: "Built target linter", no errors.

Actual result: lots of linter errors saying "#ifndef header guard has wrong style".
