I've checked the changes in. The stopserver task should now work as expected.

> Although the Ant task to run the server works fine, trying to stop it is more problematic. I'm having to go to the task manager and kill the running processes. I'd prefer to be able to stop the processes using the Ant task within eclipse. The org.apache.wookie.server.stop class is trying to send "\r\n" to port 8079, which doesn't seem to do anything (at least on my setup). After doing a google search I found this link (http://ptrthomas.wordpress.com/2009/01/24/how-to-start-and-stop-jetty-revisited/), which shows how to start jetty with another thread listening on port 8079, which will wait until it receives the "\r\n" from and then stop the server. BTW: I have implemented this on my local setup and it works for me, shutting down jetty nicely.
