[GitHub] incubator-brooklyn pull request: Rename base package from brooklyn...
GitHub user CMoH opened a pull request:
https://github.com/apache/incubator-brooklyn/pull/748
Rename base package from brooklyn to org.apache.brooklyn
I've created this branch and started with leaf projects, such as examples and the QA project. Please comment on the progress so far, and merge if appropriate.
I am maintaining a todo-list with leftover changes that are needed later, such as removing brooklyn.* from OSGi bundle exports, or renaming brooklyn.cli.Main in assembly start scripts.
The example webapps contain jsps that seem to refer to outside classes brooklyn.demo.webapp.hello.HadoopWordCount and brooklyn.demo.webapp.hello.DemoUtils. I assume these can be left alone for now.
You can merge this pull request into a Git repository by running:
$ git pull https://github.com/CMoH/incubator-brooklyn rename_org_apache
Alternatively you can review and apply these changes as the patch at:
https://github.com/apache/incubator-brooklyn/pull/748.patch

Looks really good; great idea starting the rename with examples/qa. Merging.
