[Bug 52824] Conflicts between AllowOverride and AllowOverrideList (Manual is completely wrong!)

This has been in NEEDINFO for 13 years with no reproducible test
case provided. Neither Stefan, Eric, nor I have been able to
reproduce the described interaction between AllowOverride and
AllowOverrideList.

Closing as WORKSFORME. If you are still experiencing this problem
in a current release, please reopen with a minimal test case
configuration that demonstrates the issue.
