   @guozhangwang So, I still need to add a test case around this specific scenario, tasks stuck in created state.. Seems it needs some engineering to create that scenario. (sophie gave me some pointers, yet to try them).. 
   
   if we need to just fix the test issue, I can open a simpler one with just the test fix.. That's probably better?
