Connection reset by peer error during load testing

I was testing one project for load and in log I saw "Connection reset by
peer" errors, fully ERROR - kg.apc.jmeter.samplers.AbstractIPSampler:
demo.blazemeter.com java.io.IOException: Connection reset by peer. So what
this means? Server can't handle the load or it's blocking JMeter requests?
