[ANN] Jena 2.12.0 released

The Apache Jena is pleased to announce the release of Apache Jena 2.12.0 
together with Apache Jena Fuseki 1.1.0.

Apache Jena provides a collection of tools and Java libraries to help 
you develop semantic web and linked-data applications, tools and 
servers.  Jena provides a complete implementation of W3C SPARQL 1.1 
Query and SPARQL 1.1 Update.  Apache Jena Fuseki provides a SPARQL 
server supporting the full range of Jena storage subsystems.

This release of Jena requires Java 7.

Thanks as ever to everyone who has contributed to this release, helping 
update the codebase to Java7 and providing feedback.  The code changes
