A call to RuleAdaptersFactopryImpl#listRuleAdapters() results in a list modification exception.

This is because the method creates an empty list with Collections.emptyList(); and then is unable to add the adapters to the list because that call creates an unmodifiable empty list.

This also goes for the RESTful equivalent.
