Updates for our January report to the board please?

Hi all, it is time for our January report to the board.

Could you please send me any information about what the community has
been working on over the last three months, so I can include them in
the report?

Two things I already have on my list are:
- The Derby 10.17.1 release
- The updated information about CVE-2022-46337

What else should I include?
