   **Describe the bug**
   Built a new Docker image and tried to install the Helm chart (Ubuntu 20.04 OS flavor). The Heron UI failed to start with the following output:
   ```

   Steps to reproduce the behavior:
   1. Build docker image
   2. Helm install with the new image
