I ran the following:

python ../marvin/marvin/deployDataCenter.py -i devcloud.cfg

It failed because the "requests" module was not available.

The way I fixed it was as follows:

sudo easy_install pip
sudo pip install requests

1) This might be a documentation issue.

2) This might be a lack of proper dependencies.
