[users@httpd] Specify dependencies for Apache Windows Service

Hi, I've got Apache 2.0.48 installed as a service on Windows XP SP1. I would
like to change specify a dependency of the Apache service on other services
I'm running (for instance it should run only after JBoss-Tomcat has
started.).

While I'm able to do so with services installed via 'wrapper.exe', by
specifying the dependency in the .conf file, I can't do it with Apache. I've
tried with wrapper, but it didn't work, because I didn't know how to specify
the other parameter the Apache service requires (The AFD Networking Support
Environment, and TCP/IP protocol driver).

I don't know anything about C/C++, but I know Java.

I've been through the FAQ and internet search, without luck.

All the best,

Marco
