question for WSS4J

Hi,
  Is there a downloadable set of jar files for WSS4J? I am fairly new to
Axis/WS-Security. I was looking at the WSS4J website and did not find a
place to download from. I know I can download the source and build it on
my own - but I am wondering if there is a set of stable binaries/jar
file(s) that I can download and get going without having to compile
myself.
