patch with the official trunk revision

Hi,

If I have my own SVN Repository,
I don't understand how I can set patch with the official revision (line ---)

Could you tell me how to write a such patch ?
"svn diff  modifiedFilePath" is based on my repository

you need to have a working copy from the main svn repository.
