[jira] [Created] (REEF-1998) Azure Block Blob File System apis should create container if it does not exist

Dwaipayan Mukhopadhyay created REEF-1998:
--------------------------------------------

Summary: Azure Block Blob File System apis should create container if it does not exist
                 Key: REEF-1998
                 URL: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/REEF-1998
             Project: REEF
          Issue Type: Task
          Components: REEF
            Reporter: Dwaipayan Mukhopadhyay

Currently, the AzureĀ blob storage container needs to be created before one can start using the the azure block blob file system as the apisĀ need the container url. This experience is not consistent with the Azure Data Lake FileSystem where the directories in the passed url are created if not exists. This issue needs to be fixed
