[AXIS] how to build complete binary from trunk?

Is there a way to build a complete binary distro from the trunk? I've tried:

maven dist:build

but I just get:

LICENSE.txt
README.txt
axis2-SNAPSHOT.jar
docs

I'd like to build the complete binary distro as in 1.1.1, i.e. the bin
directory too.
