> I am ok with this change being bumped off of 0.4.0 but given that the resolution is adding a default value to a property descriptor it may be worth the usability improvement.  The timestamp is a required property but is non-trivial to enter.  It seems we can provide a reasonable default so that it will just work right away but that the user can still change it if they need to.
