    Description: Nimbus HA's `NimbusInfo` class relies on each nimbus's hostname for network reachability. This is a show-stopper in situations that utilize Config.STORM_LOCAL_HOSTNAME /  `storm.local.hostname`.  (was: Nimbus HA relies on each nimbus's hostname for network reachability.
