apr_xml_elem and namespace

Hi,

I have seen that in apr_xml_elem, there is a pointer to the ns_scope 
definition of the elem, but this one is opaque and it's impossible to 
access this information.
Is it done for a special case ? will you code the function to access 
this opaque struct ? or will you move this apr_xml_ns_scope in the 
include to make it public ?
