Added of the CXF endpoint spring support.
Now camel-cxf component support the get the cxf endpoint information from the Spring Application Context
The CXF endpoint schema CxfEndpoint.xsd can be found at 
trunk/components/camel-cxf/src/main/resources/schema/cxfEndpoint.xsd

The endpoint spring example can be found at 
trunk/components/camel-cxf/src/test/resources/org/apache/camel/component/cxf/GreeterEndpointBeans.xml

BTW, this patch(cxf-spring.patch) also includes the CAMEL-162's patch.
