[jira] [Resolved] (CLIMATE-348) Add better default naming for local files

Michael Anderson resolved CLIMATE-348.
--------------------------------------
    Resolution: Duplicate

As noted in the comments  -CLIMATE-379- added an option for the user to specify a dataset name.  In the case of RCMED, it first looks for a supplied value, the longname of the RCMED dataset and then finally sets a default of RCMED dataset.

In the case of the local file, it first looks for the user supplied value and then defaults to the filename.  The OCW dataset object does not have a default name attribute and the netCDF file format does not provide a field for a dataset name.

> Currently the default name for a local model file is the filename.ext. It would be nice to tidy this up a bit so the default names/chart titles aren't so ugly.
