httpd-2.0 works perfectly with Squid

hi all,
i tried the latest CVS Build with Squid 2.4_1 in 
Accelerated mode and it works perfectly...

i tried the same thing with Apache 1.3.19 with mod_perl but 
that had some problems because of a directory listing 
problem... but i think that was MY config problem
