Help applying a patch from BRANCH_2_1_X to v2.2

Hi,

There is a patch r1086733 to the cforms block that I would like to apply to
v2.2.  I am using maven to build our application but do not know how to
update the local repository and apply these changes.  Can anyone help point
me in the right direction?   Thanks!
