Xalan in combination with Xerces 1.4.0 (C++ versions)

Hi all,

I know there is a new version of Xalan coming, which is going to work
together with Xerces 1.4.0. However, this might take a while to get created.

I'm wondering what happens if I take a snapshot from the CVS repository.
Does this need Xerces 1.4.0? Or 1.3.0?
